Founded 2023 · Noida, India

We got tired of watching clients get burned by agencies that promise the world, deliver slides, and disappear at launch. So we built the engineering partner we always wished existed — one where engineers talk to clients directly, and accountability doesn't end at go-live.

Our Story

Small team.
Built to actually work.

SKIFIN started in 2023 with a simple observation: enterprise software is usually bloated, slow to deliver, and built by teams who've never actually used the product they're shipping. Meanwhile, startups move fast but collapse under the weight of their own technical debt when they hit real scale.

We bridge that gap. Our engineers bring production experience from fintech, healthcare, and logistics — the domains where reliability is a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have. In our first few years we've shipped 15+ production systems, built a growing suite of owned SaaS products, and become certified partners across 11 major technology platforms.

Today we use AI-assisted development not as a buzzword but as a genuine productivity tool. Our engineers write better code faster because they're not drowning in boilerplate. That efficiency passes directly to your timeline and budget — and the quality goes up, not down.

We don't have a sales team. Every client we've ever had came from a referral or from someone who read our work and reached out. We'd like to keep it that way.

Founded in Noida

SKIFIN started as a small team of engineers frustrated with bloated enterprise software and slow delivery cycles. Our first client needed a production system that actually worked — not a six-month pilot that never shipped.

Late 2023
First AI Automation Build

Delivered our first AI-assisted workflow automation system, replacing manual processes that were eating a full day of staff time every week for the client.

Early 2024
Cloud & Security Practice

Formalized dedicated cloud infrastructure and security engineering practices, with Zero Trust architecture as the default on every new build — not an optional add-on.

Mid 2024
Subsman Launches

Shipped Subsman, our first owned SaaS product, after watching too many clients manage vendor contracts and subscriptions in spreadsheets. Started building the case for platforms we own, not just projects we deliver.

Vibe Coding™ Developed

Formalized Vibe Coding — our AI-assisted development methodology built from a year of internal iteration — cutting average delivery time significantly without cutting corners on architecture.

15+ Systems, 11 Partnerships

Reached 15+ production systems shipped with zero critical post-launch incidents. Built certified partnerships across Microsoft, Google, AWS, and eight more platforms — plus a growing suite of owned products: CRM, Droqify, HelpMe, and NursePlan.

What we believe

The principles we argue about
in architecture reviews.

Not wall posters. These are the opinions we actually hold — the ones that shape every technical decision on every engagement.

We ignore the hype cycle

We've been around long enough to watch three "transformative" technologies come and go as trends. We only adopt new tools when they genuinely solve a problem faster or better — not because they're in a Gartner quadrant.

Prove it in production before we recommend it.

We build with you, not for you

We sit in your Slack, attend your standups, and integrate with your engineering team. The handoff at the end should feel like a colleague going on leave — not a vendor exiting with your documentation.

You own the code from day one.

Architecture before code

The most expensive bug you'll ever fix is a bad architecture decision made at week one. We spend more time on the whiteboard than most agencies spend on the entire design phase.

Slow down to go fast.

Open source first

Everything we build runs on open-source foundations. We don't lock you into proprietary tooling that disappears when the vendor gets acquired or raises prices 4×.

No vendor lock-in. Ever.

Security is not a feature

Security is not something you add at the end. Every system we design starts from a threat model. Zero Trust, least privilege, and audit logging are defaults, not options.

Secure by design, not by retrofit.

We tell you what we actually think

If your idea won't work, we'll tell you early — not after you've spent six months on it. If we're not the right fit for a project, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Honest over comfortable.

01
Intent Mapping
Days 1–5

AI-assisted requirements analysis converts ambiguous briefs into precise engineering specifications. We extract implicit requirements, map edge cases, and identify integration complexity before touching code.

How we operate

Engineering culture,
not agency culture.

We've built SKIFIN deliberately as an engineering firm, not a consultancy. The difference matters more than it sounds. Consultancies optimize for billable hours. Engineering firms optimize for shipped systems. Every internal process we have is designed around the latter.

01

Engineers talk to clients

When you reach out, you talk directly to the engineer who will build your system — not a sales representative whose job ends when you sign. That direct line stays open throughout the engagement.

02

Small teams, high ownership

We deliberately keep engagement teams small. A senior engineer with full context produces better work than a large team where nobody owns the outcome. You get named engineers, not a rotating cast.

03

We read your code before the first meeting

If you have an existing codebase, we audit it before we pitch you. We show up knowing your technical debt, your integration risks, and where the bodies are buried. No surprises in week three.

04

Documentation is not optional

Every engagement ends with documentation your team can use without us. Architecture decision records, runbooks, API documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions. We're not building job security.

What to expect

Working with us looks
different from the start.

No sales team. Engineers only.

Skip the sales call.

Talk directly to one of our lead architects about your technical challenge. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll point you somewhere better. No pitch, no pressure.
